Egyptian Buffalo Genome

Biopsy needle with gague 18 was used to collect tissues from Gluteal muscles. The site of collection was first cleaned and washed by antiseptic solution and then the sterile disposable biopsy needle was inserted vertically in the superficial gluteal muscle. The collected tissues was immediatley put in liquid nitrogen.
