شح فى الموارد الطبيعية وهى تمثل 80 % من المشكلة .

ارتفاع اسعار الاعلاف المستوردة .

الفجوة ما بين المعروض والمطلوب تجعل مصر تستورد لحوم وحيوانات حية من قارات عديدة من العالم وهو ما ادى الى تسلل امراض جديدة اصابت

. 2006 – الثروة الحيوانية بمصر مثال لذلك ما حدث عام 2005

عدم تهيئة جهاز الطب البيطرى بمصر لمواجهة هذه التحديات الجديدة .

انصراف الدولة عن معالجة المشكلة داخليا منذ زمن بعيد واتجاهها الى

الاستيراد كحل امثل.

Myostatin inhibits muscle growth

Muscle hypertrophy and hyperplasia develop in the absence of Myostatin in the Belgian Blue cattle.

Biopsy needle with gague 18 was used to collect tissues from Gluteal muscles. The site of collection was first cleaned and washed by antiseptic solution and then the sterile disposable biopsy needle was inserted vertically in the superficial gluteal muscle. The collected tissues was immediatley put in liquid nitrogen.

The members of the teamwork have collected whole blood sample for isolation of  genomic DNA. The blood was collected from the left Jugular vien by using large diameter needle fixed on 5ml tube coated with EDTA as anticoagulant and which then immediatly kept in ice box.
